Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in East London. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client communications, addressing client needs and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and overseeing the smooth delivery of services. The Account Manager will also analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and participate in strategic planning to develop and grow client accounts.
