Protocol Education is working with friendly and supportive primary schools in Wimbledon who are looking for full-time Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with children and wants to play a key role in supporting learning and confidence in the classroom.
What you’ll do
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them stay focused and confident
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What we’re looking for
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Experience working with children, or transferable skills from coaching, mentoring, childcare, or youth work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An interest in education or child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
