Contract Support Administrator
Location: Hutton, Essex. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (30 minutes lunch).
New Role - Contract Support – Hutton Essex (NO AGENCIES PLEASE)
Due to the steady growth of Walkers Cleaning & Support Services we are on the hunt for several roles within our contract support team.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone and email, promptly addressing enquiries and providing exceptional service.
* Schedule Management: Organize weekly and yearly delivery schedules, ensuring teams are optimally allocated and equipped with all necessary information.
* Client Relations: Liaise with clients to schedule service appointments and maintain positive relationships.
* Administrative Duties: Prepare and distribute monthly/yearly schedules and reports, handle complaints, and coordinate ad hoc/emergency response jobs efficiently.
* Vehicle Management: Oversee company vehicles, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
* Support Contract Managers: Assist Contract Managers with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
