Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for improving lives? Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Chronic Care team, taking ownership of a key region and driving growth through meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals. This is a role for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, combines commercial acumen with relationship-building skills, and wants to make a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
Why Coloplast?
Coloplast is a global leader in MedTech, dedicated to developing innovative solutions that make life easier for people living with chronic conditions. In the UK and Ireland, we are proud of our market-leading sales and marketing operation, our collaborative culture, and our commitment to improving outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.
The Role
As Territory Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for your region, driving growth through strategic field-based sales activities. You’ll promote and sell our market-leading portfolio to key stakeholders across the NHS and private sectors, including acute and community hospitals. Central to the role will be building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, delivering expert product in-services, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll provide accurate forecasting and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical support teams, and ensure a deep understanding of territory dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a driven, autonomous sales professional with proven experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, ideally across both hospital and community settings. You’ll bring a strong track record of commercial success within the NHS and/or private healthcare sector, alongside familiarity with the sales process and experience supporting wider strategic and clinical projects. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders. You’ll need to interpret and adapt to clinical needs, contribute to improved patient outcomes, and hold a full UK driving licence. Above all, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to deliver results.
Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.
Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
