Solicitor - Real Estate, Investment & Development - Exeter - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Exeter
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
A respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Investment & Development team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value commercial property transactions in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of real estate matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial land (retail, industrial, telecoms, office)
* Development and regeneration projects
* Joint ventures and large-scale multidisciplinary transactions
* Due diligence and title assembly for complex schemes
* Advising public and private sector clients, including registered providers
* Liaising with clients, agents, and internal specialist teams
* Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 3+ years PQE in real estate law
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Commercial awareness and credibility
* Willingness to engage in marketing and business development initiatives
