Job Title: Lead Software Sustainment Engineer
As a Lead Software Sustainment Engineer, you’ll lead the development of new software features for a critical National Security product and manage updates to operating systems and third-party packages. This involves working closely with the services team to resolve issues and engaging with customer technical teams to understand new requirements.

Your activities will include providing internal technical training, offering technical consultancy to customers, and porting products to new hardware platforms as needed—all aimed at advancing customer missions and ensuring safety and prosperity.
The key technical skills required are:
* Linux (preferably Red Hat, CentOS, or Rocky)
* Network protocols
* Socket programming
* Web technologies such as React and Django
* SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL
* Testing and diagnostics tools like Robot Framework, Jenkins, or GitLab
