Overview
An established Glasgow firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-5 years' PQE) to join its busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in a firm that values collaboration, professional growth and high-quality client care.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to settlement or trial
* Provide clear legal advice and representation, including court advocacy where required
* Work closely with Counsel and medical experts to prepare and progress cases
* Handle matters including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and hospital negligence
Experience Required
* 1-5 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence or a related area of litigation
* Advocacy skills and understanding of court procedures
* Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
