We are currently looking for an EA to join a Hospitality Firm in Ruislip which is an office based role. This position is paying 50-55k and is working 9-5. Previously experience at c-suite level is essential.
The role
1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the directors.
2. Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
4. Handle incoming calls and emails.
5. Assist with personal errands.
6. Coordinate personal events and gatherings.
7. Anticipate the needs of the directors.
8. Ad hoc Admin.
