You will be joining a dedicated and collaborative team who consistently support one another to deliver the very highest standard of resident-centred care. This role offers a balanced working week, typically consisting of: 2 days providing hands-on nursing care (12-hour shifts) 2 supernumerary days focused on Deputy Manager responsibilities, working either 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm An active NMC registration (PIN) is essential as is Leadership experience within a Nursing Home experience.
