Business Development Manager – Security (Manned Guarding)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Kingdom Security, one of the UK’s leading providers of manned guarding and security services. This is a remote role for candidates based in Birmingham, offering excellent earning potential and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and win new business within the manned guarding and security sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term contracts
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Manage your sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within security or facilities management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Based in or near Birmingham

• £55,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £100,000
