Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are looking for a proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support behaviour management in a secondary school in Selby.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with behavioural needs
* Implement behaviour strategies and interventions
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
* Supervise pupils during lessons and transitions
Requirements
* Experience in a secondary school or similar setting
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Confident and professional manner
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
