Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV trailers and vehicles
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
* Perform pre-MOT inspections and keep everything DVSA compliant
* Work on braking systems, suspension, lighting, hydraulics and other trailer components
* Keep accurate records of repairs and inspections
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy workshop
Qualifications
* Experience in a trailer or HGV mechanical position
* Relevant qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
* A full UK driving licence
