What you'll do
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for learners with a range of needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SpLD).
* Scaffold learning, adapt resources, and promote independence across KS3–KS5.
* Support behaviour for learning and use strategies that keep pupils engaged and confident.
* Track progress with the SEN team and contribute to EHCP reviews where appropriate.
