3. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details and payment information.
5. Assist in resolving payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently.
6. Provide support for end-of-year payroll activities and reporting.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
8. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive payroll information.
9. Support the implementation of payroll process improvements where necessary.
10. Prepare and distribute payslips and other related documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
