Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Job Type: Temporary / Agency Sector: Primary Education Hays Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools in the Rugby area on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, whether you're seeking day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles within welcoming and supportive school environments.Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils
* Assisting children with varying needs, including SEN (where applicable)
* Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting classroom management and behaviour
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
* A nurturing and patient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.What Hays Offers You:
