What You’ll Be Doing Advise HNW and UHNW clients on estate planning, trusts, and personal tax - both UK and internationally Lead on multi-jurisdictional matters, including offshore trust structuring and UK inbound planning Support succession planning and business exit strategies for entrepreneurial clients Contribute to targeted business development alongside senior Partners What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in private client, tax, or trusts law Technical ability in UK tax, estate planning, and cross-border advisory work Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, family structures, and/or offshore arrangements Qualification as a solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or experienced paralegal in private client law Who This Suits You're a commercially minded private client specialist who thrives on technical detail and client engagement.
