Senior Client Services Manager
Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom (hybrid role).
Responsibilities
* Ensure high quality, efficient and professional levels of service are maintained for our clients at a senior level
* Drive efficiencies and champion change within the Client Management Team and the wider Depositary.
* Support clients and colleagues by maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge.
* Lead client review meetings and coordinate the production of reporting for these forums.
* Manage and coordinate the review of change events / client scheme documentation, obtaining necessary input from other T&D business areas.
* Identify and maximise cross selling opportunities for BNY’s products and services, participating in new client pitches and providing input to RFP/RFI as required.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or relevant professional business qualification.
* In depth knowledge and experience of CIS.
* Industry experience with a custodian/fund manager in a client facing role.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
