As a Lead Generation Specialist for Eplan, you will play a crucial role within the marketing department, providing essential sales and marketing support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of a robust pipeline of leads/prospects at the top of the sales funnel to meet business plans and company objectives. As well as following up inbound leads, you will generate new leads through phone calls, email, and social media tools, and work closely with the external sales team to ensure these leads are effectively qualified and nurtured.
Responsibilities and duties include:
* Lead generation via telephone, email, social media, and other channels.
* Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and guide them into the sales funnel.
* Follow-up and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns.
* Making outbound calls for various marketing campaigns and events.
* Gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, preferences and needs, and share with the business.
* Maintain the lead database and transfer data into CRM system, and tracking opportunity progress.
* Monthly reporting on the number of MQL’s, SQL’s generated.
Required:
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·Strong attention to detail.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Strong time management and organisational skills.
·Positive attitude and willingness to learn (skills can be trained)
·Friendly and approachable demeanor.
·Excellent phone manner.
