Contributing to the Whole School Approach, you’ll facilitate sessions such as workshops and assemblies while promoting public health initiatives. By creating and sharing tailored resources, you’ll make mental health support accessible and meaningful.

Building strong relationships with schools, families, and partner agencies will be essential, as will maintaining accurate records to support effective decision‑making. You’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to transforming lives and fostering emotional wellbeing for children and young people.

Join us to grow professionally, contribute to a transformative mission, and ensure no child feels alone in their mental health journey. Make a difference and apply today!

About You

Ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people enabling them to build a better future? We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong foundation in mental health and emotional wellbeing support. You’ll hold a BTEC higher diploma, foundation degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with at least one year of post‑qualification experience working with children, young people, and families.

We’re also hoping that you have the following:

* Knowledge of child development, behaviours, and mental health challenges.
* Familiarity with safeguarding legislation, confidentiality, consent, mental capacity, and data protection guidelines.
* Confidence delivering mental health advice and engaging diverse audiences with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised, computer‑literate, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
* Access to transport for commuting between community venues; education setting experience is essential.

This role requires regular travel to individual schools, so the ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential. However, we are committed to removing barriers wherever possible. If you are unable to drive due to a disability, we will explore suitable adjustments or alternative travel arrangements, such as support through Access to Work.

Proactive in safeguarding and deeply committed to promoting welfare, you embody our core values of integrity, respect, reliability, and a solution‑focused approach. You strive to make a meaningful impact in every interaction.

We’d love to hear from you!
