A leading engineering firm is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take full ownership of the design lifecycle — from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design of precision rotating machinery.
* Manage concept development, 3D/2D CAD, calculations, testing, and validation.
* Liaise with clients and oversee projects through build and commissioning.
Technical Skills
* GD&T, limits and fits
* Bearings (rolling & plain)
* Servo motor drive lines and linear guide systems
* Creo/SolidWorks CAD & fabrication design
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in machinery/equipment design
* Strong 3D CAD and engineering fundamentals
* Occasional travel required
