Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
* Well‑organised and self‑motivated
* 40 hours per week; on‑call required
Responsibilities
* Serve as main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff
* Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care
* Support and mentor clients and staff, conduct assessments, safeguard clients, and ensure staff training
* Participate in on‑call duties and weekend work, as required
