We are recruiting Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the Vario group to provide HR support on all aspects of people management including the delivery of the HR strategy and appropriate operational responsibilities for senior members of the group. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Significant HR Generalist experience able to demonstrate true Business Partnering ability Previous experience of managing and developing staff Implementation of Strategy Delivery of the HR Strategy within the Group in a way that takes into account the priorities and culture of the Group while striving for firm wide consistent practice. Business partnering HR service to the Group Head and Team Leads Support the growth of the Group, including internationally Talent Management Facilitate cyclical processes to encourage career mapping for all individuals in the group to enable informed promotion planning at each promotion round. Ensure the annual performance and career conversation process is completed in a timely and fair manner; facilitate Group wide moderation to ensure a robust and consistent distribution of ratings. Encourage the pursuit of excellence in performance at all levels. Ensuring career frameworks are aligned to the diverse skillsets of wider professionals Employee Relations Champion the development of people management skills within the Group. Work closely with Group Leadership on staff exits in order to advise on and ensure best practice processes are adhered to. Raise awareness of key ER concepts such as diversity, discrimination, disability, disciplinary and grievance etc. What happens next?
