About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider with over 80 years in the market.
We seek a proactive, driven BDM with a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative 'value-based' selling. The role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with an OTE of approximately £90,000, and top performers earning over £150,000. Benefits include a company car or allowance, quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more.
Responsibilities
* Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and explore new markets.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-energy environment.
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline proactively.
Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record.
* Confident in consultative, value-based selling approaches.
* Adaptable, personable, and able to build rapport with diverse prospects including business owners, HR managers, and board members.
* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Previous field-based experience is essential.
