Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support our busy Commercial Agency team.
This is a key role that combines administrative support, property marketing, and valuation report preparation. You will play an essential part in ensuring our property records are accurate, marketing materials are professional, and valuation reports are prepared efficiently using digital dictation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare professional property marketing brochures
Update and maintain accurate records on property software systems
Type and format valuation reports from digital dictation
Produce business correspondence, reports, and other documentation
Support the team with general administration tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying)
Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company proceduresKey Skills & Attributes
