Picker packer required asap
gap personnel is recruiting a picker/packer for immediate start, to help get customer orders ready with care.
Location: NR14
Type: Temporary – Full time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Mon – Fri 07:00-16:00
Start Date: ASAP
Main Duties:
Receive picking order sheets.
Locate and pick the required sweets/items.
Place selected items into the appropriate bag.
Seal the bag so it is ready for dispatch to the customer.
Receive orders from pickers via the conveyor belt.
Scan each order.
Pick any additional items required.
Pack the completed order securely.
Place the finished parcel into the correct postal area.
Skills & Experience:
Basic IT skills (e.g., using simple computer systems or screens).
Confidence using hand-held scanners.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions.
