PowerLoad is seeking a Load Bank Commissioning Manager to support projects across Europe. This role requires a European passport and a willingness to travel extensively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both the planning and on-site delivery of load bank commissioning activities. This includes managing commissioning programmes, coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities will include supervising on-site load bank operation, organising labour and specialist teams, supporting contract execution, managing programme timelines and resource requirements, and helping ensure projects remain on track commercially and operationally. The role will also involve maintaining high standards of safety, performance, and reporting throughout all commissioning activities.
This is a hands-on position, suited to someone who can combine site-based operational leadership with strong project coordination and client-facing communication.
