Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Leeds or Birmingham team to support the delivery of senior interim assignments.
The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering interim search assignments, working closely with Directors, clients and senior interim professionals.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering interim assignments across multiple sectors
* Market mapping and developing target lists
* Qualifying and presenting candidates to clients
* Managing interviews and the candidate process through to placement
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with interim leaders
* Providing market insight to clients and colleagues
About You:
You will ideally bring experience from:
* Executive search
* Interim management recruitment
* Professional services recruitment
* You will be comfortable engaging with senior professionals, managing assignments and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
