This role is ideal for someone interested in developing a career in payroll. The position is crucial for the smooth operation of payroll processes, which involve working to tight deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.
1. Process and manage all payroll-related tasks, including salary calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
2. Maintain and update payroll tracking sheets and databases.
3. Handle payroll-related queries.
4. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with HR and finance teams.
5. Assist with employee benefits administration.
6. Prepare monthly reports.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for payroll and some administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, are essential.
