We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Care Support Worker to join our team at a leading Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Bradford. The role involves working with primary-aged children who require specialised medical and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide medical care and support to primary-aged children with special educational needs, including administering medication and attending to their health needs.
* Assist with daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
* Support the children with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
* Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and parents to ensure the best possible care and support for the children.
* Monitor and document the children\\'s health and development, communicating any concerns to the appropriate staff.
* Create a positive, nurturing environment that fosters the children\\'s physical, emotional, and social development.
Qualifications And Experience
* Previous experience in a healthcare, medical support, or care role is essential.
* Experience working with children, especially in an educational or SEN setting, is highly desirable.
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare, childcare, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care).
* A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
