Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue with agency partners. • Lead pitching, proposal development, and ideation to support account growth. • Manage relationships across multiple agency brands, working closely with internal Directors and Sales leads. • Track pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure consistent sales performance. • Represent the company externally, promoting incremental value and innovative AdTech solutions. Your Profile • 5 years’ experience in digital media or AdTech sales, with strong agency development experience. • Proven track record of building relationships and driving revenue across holding companies or independent agencies. • Confident presenter, skilled at influencing stakeholders across multiple brands. • Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with a builder mentality. • Strong organisational skills, pipeline management, and ability to navigate complex agency structures.
