Practice Areas Include:
* Drafting board resolutions, meeting minutes, and official notices
* Assisting with FEMA compliance and NCLT-related matters
* Filing ROC forms and managing associated documentation
* Reviewing and vetting commercial and legal agreements
Who Can Apply:
* Recent BA.LLB graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025)
* Candidates genuinely interested in corporate and secretarial legal work
* Those who are available to join immediately
Internship Details:
* Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
* Location: Jain & Partners, 1001 Vikrant Tower, Rajender Place, New Delhi – 110008
* Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
* Start Date: Immediate joining preferred
