We are seeking an ambitious and compassionate Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead two Ofsted-rated Good 2-bed homes in the Manchester area (Chorlton and Withington). This is a dual registration role with full support from a deputy, a Head of Care, and established teams at both homes. You will play a critical role in providing outstanding care and support for young people with complex behavioural needs, ensuring compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000, Childrens Homes Regulations, and Ofsted Quality Standards.
