Duties
* Conduct MOT tests in strict accordance with legal requirements and standards.
* Carry out technical inspections, servicing, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
* Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and determine necessary repairs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all work undertaken, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain work carried out and ensure satisfaction.
* Assist with additional workshop tasks as required to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an MOT Tester / Technician in a busy workshop environment.
* Valid MOT testing licence and relevant technical qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and servicing.
* Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
