Due to strong growth and increasing demand, were looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our friendly team in Wimborne.
The Role Varied, Fast-Paced & Rewarding This is a truly multifaceted role at the heart of our operations. Youll coordinate projects, handle customer enquiries, and support the Project Management team to ensure everything runs smoothly from order to completion.
One moment youll be scheduling site visits or preparing quotations the next youll be liaising with engineers, clients, and suppliers to make sure every detail is in place. Its a hands-on position for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working with people.
For the right person, this is a genuine career-building opportunity, with full training and a clear path to progress into a Project Manager or Customer Service Manager role as you grow.
What Youll Do Coordinate projects and schedules from start to finish

Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and installers

Prepare documentation, quotations, and purchase orders

Track budgets, delivery times, and progress updates

Support invoicing, reporting, and project administration

Help streamline processes and ensure first-class customer service

About You Experienced in administration, customer service, or project coordination

A natural organiser who loves variety and problem-solving

Warm, honest, and a true team player with strong communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/job management systems

Interested in developing a long-term career in a growing company
