Role Overview You will define and assure solution architecture across CRM, customer data platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems. Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll guide onshore/offshore technical teams, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, and lead technical design governance. The role includes working closely with product, data and engineering teams to design scalable, cloud-based solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Own solution architecture design across CRM, CDP, campaign and marketing platforms.
 * Lead advisory and assurance across delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
 * Evaluate, integrate and implement SaaS/COTS platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, composable MarTech solutions).
 * Define architectural standards, integration patterns and technical documentation.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams, chairing Technical Design Authority forums.
 * Support modern cloud-based (Azure/AWS) architecture patterns and data integration strategies.
Key Skills & Experience
 * 10+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles.
 * Proven delivery of CRM and MarTech/CDP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
 * Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP).
 * Strong understanding of SaaS/COTS implementations and integration patterns.
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum) and enterprise-level governance models.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
