* Ensure integrity of the discipline model, including project data, coordinates, shared positioning, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, and documentation structure
* Lead model quality assurance processes, including audits, clash detection reviews, and model health assessments, implementing corrective actions as required
* Drive interdisciplinary coordination through structured Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
* Act as the primary point of contact for structural digital delivery, collaborating with project leadership to align digital outputs with engineering intent
* Champion continuous improvement of digital delivery standards, tools, and workflows across the organization
* Support and implement advanced Digital Delivery initiatives, including automation, data integration, and innovation in BIM processes
* Mentor and support junior and mid-level digital design staff, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or a minimum of 8–10 years of progressive industry experience, including leadership responsibilities
* Advanced proficiency in 3D design and BIM software, with a strong understanding of digital delivery ecosystems and document/Data management infrastructure

* Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining model quality and project standards
* Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (for additional consideration) – this may be superseded by the previous requirements
