We aim to become a household name within 2-3 years. We are seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to join our team.

THE ROLE – Operations Manager (Salary: £40k - £50k FT + Performance Bonus + Share Options)
Location: Remote (UK Only)
Note: If based outside NE England, monthly attendance at our Gosforth, Newcastle head office is required, with occasional travel.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build and shape our operational team and grow into a senior leadership role within a fast-paced consumer brand.
You will oversee our omnichannel operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners in the supply chain, ensuring efficient management from design to delivery, and continuously improving manufacturing, fulfillment, and warehousing processes.
Experience with scaling businesses, process and system development, and familiarity with online marketplaces, retail, and distribution channels are essential.
Preferred Experience:
* 3-5 years in operations for a fast-growing DTC & retail brand
* Knowledge of Mintsoft, Unleashed, and Shopify
* Understanding of PIM and retail supply systems
Responsibilities:
* On-Shelf Availability: Maintain 98% availability of key SKUs across accounts.
* B2B & B2C Logistics: Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensure KPI targets, and optimize supply chain performance.
* Manufacturing & Supply: Oversee manufacturing partnerships, sourcing, and demand planning.
* New Product Launches: Coordinate product introductions into supply chains.
* Product Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely product information sharing.
* International Expansion: Support global supply chain development.
* Systems Management: Maintain inventory and procurement systems.
* Sales & Operations Planning: Lead demand forecasting and supply planning.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle monthly reporting, invoicing, and other admin duties.
* KPIs Monitoring: Track and report operational KPIs.
* Team & Culture: Foster a positive team environment and support team members.
