We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to support the expansion in the business.

Head of Operations (Stadia & Events) at CSP Ltd.
Base pay range
£54,600 - £60,000 per annum
Location and type
Watford, Hertfordshire — Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities
* Accountable for managing and mentoring CSP’s Operations team; responsible for developing the appropriate service provision; and for ensuring an exemplary operational service is delivered within budget to all clients, supporting the leadership and direction of the Operations Team.
* Provide excellent line management to all reports, with a focus on proactive mentoring, coaching, development and team succession planning; develop a culture of continuous improvement of customer experience.
* Develop and nurture strong and effective professional relationships with clients and other key operational contacts to ensure CSP’s expectations are met at all times.
* Have full accountability for the financial performance of allocated contracts; ensure CSP’s operations are carried out in a safe manner at all times.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
Candidate Profile
* Educated to Degree level
* Extensive previous experience in project management and planning
* Proven experience in managing large-scale events or transport operations
* Senior-level experience in leadership, development and management of high-performing teams
* Effective communicator at all levels
Qualities
* Strong record of achievement throughout career
* Strong financial acumen, commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple budgets
* Experience liaising with clients and external agencies, building and maintaining relationships and stakeholders
* Effective planner with ability to make confident decisions
* Ability to evaluate conflicting priorities and drive solutions
