This is an apprenticeship where you will learn all about the administration and customer service processes in Commercial Insurance and play an integral part of the success of the business.
Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and diary management.
* Supporting internal teams by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence.
* Learning and applying best practices in business administration to improve efficiency and accuracy across operations.
* Assisting with the maintenance of records, systems, and databases to ensure information is kept up to date and compliant.
* Engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to provide effective support and contribute to the overall success of the business.
