Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, particularly in relation to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.
Duties
* Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluate product quality through systematic sampling and testing methods.
* Document findings and prepare detailed reports on audit results, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and enhance quality control measures.
* Monitor adherence to HACCP protocols throughout the production cycle.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a quality assurance or auditing role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application in quality management systems.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
