We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market. It is essential to have at least three years experience as a Sales Negotiator in Estate Agency and your own car for business use.
Duties
* Conduct viewings of properties and provide clients with feedback.
* Liaise with vendors and prospective buyers to negotiate terms and facilitate transactions.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our administrative systems.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online platforms.
* Ensure all listed properties comply with regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
* Actively tout and canvass for new instructions and properties.

* Previous experience in property sales or lettings (essential).
* A valid UK driving licence and own car insured for business use.
