Junior Dental Lab Admin Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit an Lab Assistant/ Administrator to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
· Approving invoices on in-House Systems, for all practices.
· Maintain accurate records of completed cases, client communications, and delivery timelines.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the dental lab and clients.
· Reviewing monthly lab statements.
· Packaging of Lab items and ensuring everything is in order for collection and delivery.
· Reviewing Invoices and liaising with the Head of Accounts in regards to Lab payments.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering lab materials and supplies.
· Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery, and product information.
The Person:
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Unrivalled attention to detail.
· Ability to work efficiently and meticulously.
· Outstanding communication and problem solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and work quickly and efficiently.
· Professional Manner and strong work ethic.
