Delivery Lead Director / Head of Digital Transformation Delivery
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
* Agile Delivery (extensive)
* Digital Delivery experience (end-to-end delivery
* Recent experience in Leading Delivery Leads and Product Leads (team of circa 5-10 people)
* Digital Delivery (Any experience in AI or Machine Learning would be ideal)
* Digital Architecture
* Experience of working in a regulated industry (any will do)
Please note that this is a 'Director-Level' position. Leading the Digital Delivery Team and Driving Innovation forward. Agile Expert and Delivery Leadership skills are paramount, as is finding someone with insurance experience.
