Your new role Lead and manage the UK Rail Division, overseeing sales, after-sales, and marketing through a global key account management approach. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the UK rail market presence and increase market share. Oversee the delivery of major contracts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Manage key accounts with a focus on accurate pricing, budgeting, and inventory control. Collaborate closely with the headquarters in Germany to align with corporate goals and coordinate project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Represent the UK Rail Division at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and position the company as a sector leader.
