Quantity Surveyor (Exeter, England)
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a large commercial project in Exeter. You will have a background in construction from a junior or senior level.
Key Duties
* Administer project documentation and contracts
* Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
* Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
* Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
* Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
* Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close‑out records
* Engage clients, consultants and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Background in commercial projects
* M&E background desirable but not essential
* Eligible to work in the country you are applying to
