We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive experienced in SaaS, Environmental, Health, and Safety markets to join our global sales team for the DevonWay product. Candidates should demonstrate a high drive in net new logo selling (hunter mentality).

Responsibilities
* Drive new business activities to grow Ideagen's revenue and customer base, focusing on FedRAMP
* Coordinate team meetings and support sales activities with additional resources as needed
* Develop cost estimates and statements of work using company templates
* Present clear and compelling presentations in virtual and face-to-face settings
* Analyze closed-won opportunities to identify success factors for repeatability
* Stay updated on company roadmap, new features, and business additions
* Continuously learn and stay aware of industry trends in EHS and Quality software
* Monitor competitive analysis and market differentiation
* Mentor business development team members to build sales talent pipeline
* Maintain documentation of pipelines and customer interactions via Salesforce
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience in EHS/Quality, focusing on new logos
* Experience with MEDDPICC sales techniques or similar methodologies
* Strong hunter mentality and drive for new revenue; familiarity with Salesforce and Value Framework is a plus
* Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety consulting or software sales
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with analytical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Willingness to travel up to 30%
