Role Responsibilities
1. Lead the Daily Management System (DMS) across PRH.
2. Lead the Fundamental Standards of Care (FSoC).
3. Lead with compassion and drive continuous improvement in patient safety, quality, and clinical governance.
4. Transform the nursing workforce and improve patient pathways, including reducing length of stay and emergency performance.
5. Support the delivery of key performance targets and the clinical strategy as part of the Divisional management team.
6. Provide senior nursing leadership and management for the acute floor directorate.
7. Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to high clinical care and infection control standards.
8. Implement and monitor quality governance, address FSoC, CQC standards, risk management, and clinical audits.
9. Manage nursing budgets, oversee bank and agency expenditure, ensuring financial discipline.
10. Deliver safe, high-quality nursing services within the acute floor and provide cross-cover as needed.
Candidate Requirements
* UK NMC registration (applications from overseas qualifications requiring sponsorship are not accepted).
* Experience in senior nursing roles with a focus on service transformation.
* Commitment to patient dignity, safety, and high standards of care.
* Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement governance standards.
