Overview
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimise our online presence across Shopify and Amazon platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and proficiency in utilising Shopify and Amazon tools to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
This hybrid position requires a presence for a few days at our London office.

Responsibilities
* Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify and Amazon accounts. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search and conversion. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
* Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates on both Shopify and Amazon platforms. Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotions and campaigns.
* Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by optimising product pages, improving the information hierarchy, and managing reviews. Implement best practices for customer service, order fulfilment, and returns.
* Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
* Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, operations metrics and customer satisfaction. Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations, specifically on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
* Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
