Key Responsibilities: As a Project Planner / Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects across various teams. Your key deliverables will include: Process Management: Oversee scheduling and deliverables for project, change, and fleet teams, ensuring timelines are met. Meeting Coordination: Take charge of risk management, action tracking, and minute-taking during project and change meetings. Project Support: Assist project teams as needed, including updating Microsoft project plans to reflect current progress. Reporting: Create vehicle check reports utilizing existing IT tools to keep stakeholders informed. Change Control: Implement robust change management processes and maintain a change control log. Resource Monitoring: Extract resource profiles from project plans to provide regular overviews of capacity versus requirements. Communication Facilitation: Foster clear communication between delivery and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Project is a must A solid engineering background in automotive engineering (Powertrain, Testing, Safety, or Markets preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Experience in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to influence people at all levels. Demonstrated experience in project planning and successful project delivery within an automotive engineering environment. Excellent working knowledge of project management principles and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of self-motivation.
