Integration Change Partner (18m FTC) Salary: £ 44,864 Excellent Benefits Location: Wooburn Green, High Wycombe Hybrid working: Two days per week in the office, three days from home Contract: Fixed term contract until October 2027 Hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday. To support colleagues through this journey, we are recruiting an Integration Change Partner to join our central change team on an 18m FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands on role in shaping how change is delivered across the organisation and to help colleagues feel informed, supported and confident throughout the transition. About the role This is a unique opportunity to join a newly forming Integration Change team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, collaborate and deliver change across the organisation. As an Integration Change Partner, you won’t just step into an established role, you’ll help shape it, bringing your ideas, experience and curiosity to build something effective from the start. Working closely with the Integration Change Lead, Project Managers, Business Change Analysts, the People Team, and Communications and Engagement, you’ll support the delivery of change across key workstreams. You’ll help colleagues understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it will affect their day-to-day roles, making change feel clear, relevant and manageable. This role offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real difference. You’ll design and deliver engaging training, facilitate interactive workshops, produce impact assessments and support readiness planning. Acting as a vital link between project teams and operational teams, you’ll ensure change is well coordinated, clearly communicated and successfully embedded. As part of a new and evolving team, you’ll have the opportunity to share your skills, learn from others, and develop new capabilities along the way. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships, and supporting colleagues through change with confidence and empathy. What you will do Change delivery and support Deliver change activity within designated workstreams Apply established change management methodologies and tools Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and feedback forums Produce impact assessments and contribute to readiness dashboards Support business readiness planning and post go live stabilisation Training and capability building Work with Learning and Development to identify training needs Develop user guides, quick reference tools and learning materials Deliver training sessions both in person and virtually Support system related training including walkthroughs and demonstrations Contribute to capability building across the organisation Colleague engagement and communication Work closely with Communications and Engagement to ensure clear, consistent messaging Translate technical or operational changes into accessible language Support the rollout of change materials, FAQs and intranet content Stakeholder management Build trusted relationships with project teams, subject matter experts and operational leaders Support stakeholder mapping and targeted engagement Surface colleague feedback, risks or concerns early Embedding change Help maintain accessible channels for colleagues to find information and support Support the Change Network with tools and materials Monitor adoption and feedback, identifying where further support is needed Encourage behaviours aligned to our future operating model and values What we are looking for Essential experience Experience delivering change activity within large or complex programmes Experience using recognised change management methodologies Strong workshop facilitation skills Experience producing impact assessments, training plans and readiness materials Experience developing or delivering training Ability to support colleagues through change with empathy and clarity Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills Preferred experience Formal change management training such as Prosci or APMG Experience in integration, transformation or large scale system change Experience in social housing, public sector or regulated environments Experience supporting behavioural or cultural change Benefits At SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
